'WOMAN WHO LEFT BABY IN SWELTING HOT CAR TO DIE--WALKS"

The life of a four legged animal is worth more in today's screwed up society, than a human being!
Look at how the Michael Vick case galvanized the American people. Vick is alleged to have "killed dogs, not human beings." I want to be clear: If what Vick is alleged to have done is true, and he will have his day in court to prove his innocence or guilt, I say toss him in a pit with some angry "Pit Bulls" who haven't eaten in a few days, if a jury of his peers find him guilty!
I only wish that my fellow Americans would be as outraged over the deaths of helpless babies. Recently, a young woman in my area went to work. When she returned to her car "Nine Hours Later," she found her infant baby boy dead. The youngster succumed to the sweltering heat inside her automobile. The woman told authorities that she didn't know the child was in the backseat! Duh!! How in the hell can you not know where your children are? But, this pathetic excuse worked on the District Attorney, who must have gotten his degree from "Meathead University."
His excuse for giving this woman a "Get Out Of Indictment Pass" is inexplicable! District Attorney, Gerald Stout must think we are abject morons. He said that he considered a number of things before deciding not to present Lynn Brol's case to a grand jury. First, Stout said Brol showed no intent to commit a crime. Second, there was no evidence of drug use. And finally, the baby's extended family had supported Ms. Brol.
Now, let me get this straight, little five month old Brayden Brol is dead, because his obesssive mother forgot that he was in the backseat of her car. She was more consumed with getting to her job at a credit union than the welfare of her baby. And this idiot District Attorney is saying, "No Crime Was Committed?" Surely, he jest!
Obviously, there is more to this story than Stout is willing to tell the public. For example, I was left wondering if this woman has prominent family members in the state of New York. Two other possiblities include the mother suffering from a brain pathology, i.e., brain lesions, or a brain tumor. And the other thing, she could very well be schizophrenic. For the sake of argument, let's say she is a paranoid schizophrenic. The antipsychotic medication that she is on could skew her thinking. Schizophrenics also suffer from what is called, "Clouding Of Consciousness," when not taking their meds.
If this woman has suffered a brain-insult, let's say a diffuse brain injury, her attention and perception could be impacted. If she is the victim of what neuropsychologists call "Prosopagnosia," her ability to analyze and synthesize information could also be crippling. A reduction in the rate of processing information could also be from wide-spread brain damage.
Of course, all of this is speculation on my part. D.A. Stout has forced the public to engage in hypothetical thinking. How is that we can indict a person for abusing an animal, but not seek an indictment on someone who has in essence taken a life? Since when did the life of an animal take precedence over a human being? This world is certainly upside down!
We owe much of our inverted behavior to the likes of District Attorney, Gerald Stout:
"She lost her child. Every single day for the rest of her life, she's going to think of that moment when she opened that car door after work and remember her horrendous mistake"
Mistake? Webster defines a mistake in this manner:
"An error in action, opinion, or judgment caused by poor reasoning, carelessness, insufficient knowledge"
I would suggest that Mr. Stout look up the meaning of "Mistake." Next, look up the meaning of the word, "Murder." Even an animal takes care of its young better than some people. A female bear will run you into the next county, if you happen to come into close proximity to her and her cubs.
Stout speaking like a typical liberal also had this to say:
"The criminal justice system is ill-equipped to adequately deal with the unusual circumstances of this horrible accident and thus, I will not enable it"
Spoken like "God" himself! This man should be ashamed of himself. This is one writer who is hoping that Lynn Brol never gives birth to another human being!
Stout seems to feel that this woman will be haunted by the memory of what she did. I don't think that she will be. For someone to be so caught up with work, and forget to drop her child off at day care, leaving him inside a vehicle with the temperature "Outside" in the mid-"90's", it is clear to me that Lynn Brol only thinks of one person, "Herself."

WEBSTER, Texas — A 3-year-old child is dead after police said he was left in a hot car all day in Webster.
Police say the child's grandmother, 44-year-old Donna Chesser, is in custody on a charge of injury to a child.
Police say Chesser called 911 Wednesday when she left work and realized her grandson was still in the car. Police say she told them she apparently forgot to drop the boy off at day care on her way to work.
Police believe the child was in the car for 10 hours. Chesser was arrested at about 6:30 p.m. Webster is about 23 miles southeast of Houston.
The National Weather Service said the high at Houston Hobby Airport was 89 degrees with a heat index of 96 degrees.

I have opened up the events of that day for the public to read in an attempts to make a difference... Please go and read the blog and watch the video in his honor... I just wanted to let you know... Your story doesn't exactly respect anything... You are welcome to your opinion... I wanted my Son!!! and My mother Wanted my Son!!! You have a constitutional right to your opinion... its up to you to use it responsibly... I hope you never know what you are talking about when it comes to this issue... I am a little more relaxed now that I know I wont be loosing my entire family...

You have some nerve to talk to me and write about things your small mind can't even begin to comprehend, things like love and forgiveness must be relative terms to you... Let me ask you... What if it had been your mother, and you child? Would you see your mother hanged by the throat... the answer is you can't possibly know what you might do in that situation, having never been there yourself... Just because you have an opinion about something and you choose to write things like that column... doesn't mean what comes from your mouth is anything more then mush...
My mother gave up eveything for her family... She is 44 years old and has worked hard her entire life to make things better for her family... She has extended more love and compasion to perfect strangers in need, in one day... then you will ever in your entire lifetime... She is one of the only people I know on this pathetic earth... who still does for others and expects nothing in return... and in most cases has received nothing. Something you probibly will never know... People like you "sicken me" people who write or talk and dont do... Tell me, you have all these issues you have problems with but what have you actually done about it? And yes... My child was precious and he will always be precious to me... he was my only child (like it would make a difference if I had any more)
Further more... His name is not "The Child"... It's Christian and my name is not "lady"... To Christian it was momma but you should call me Ms Estis... I am the mother of the Child you are talking about and the Daughter of the woman you so openly call "Murderer".
I just realized something... Your pathetic little blog... is just that and your not worth my time... Some people man, I tell you.... Ok... so maybe my calling you a pathetic human being was a bit over the top... and I would never call me mother a murderer... That refers to what people with close minds have called my mother...
I am not asking for your sympathy... But more like respect. The loss that my family and I have endured is truly horrible... And through no fault of my own... It is not my fault that my son is now gone and to tell you the truth... My mother knows it was by her fault alone that my son is gone... And will live each and every day of her life with that on her mind... My family and I are making a difference, and even through the pain, my mother has decided to stand next to me and undergo public scrutiny such as yours... to make a difference.
My outrage at the columns that have been written is actually less then you might think... It really says something to the fact that today's society is moving to fast when you see that the original news reports from August 13, 2008 got his age correct... but a mer month and half later... no one seems to be able to get the facts straight...
Before 1999 there were zero reported cases of hyperthermia... but when the laws changed to stop front seat deaths among children due to air bag deployment... forcing parents to place thier children in the back seat, the reports started... since then, there have been an average of 40 deaths per year... Since Christians death... Less then 45 days ago... there have been 11 and the majority of the cases can be linked to a change in the routine of the person who "Forgot"
You probibly don't care about the specifics... I doubt you do your research, more the definition... when you write but the answer is in change... Not in ranting...
You know to be certified to install a car seat correctly, you must attend 40 hours of class... I don't know a single parent who has taken that kind of time... I know I didn't and unless you did it as part of your medical training... neither did you.
The point is this... You cant pass judgement on people you don't know... and should do your research before you do... I tried my hardest to be the best parent to my son... and I only got as far as I did... with my mother teaching me...
And as for your Zero Tolerance policy... Thats fine, thats great, have Zero Tolerance for abuse and neglect... But I can tell you... There was never a single moment in my son's life where he was abused or neglected... ONE time I asked my mother to take my son to daycare... She had done it only ONE time before that... I asked her to do something that was my responsiblity to make sure was done... It was a horrible accident and you have no place to say otherwise without taking all the evidence into account... Just as 12 jurors have already done and concluded just that...
Im sorry for calling you pathetic... Im not a mean person... Just pissed off and pissed on... a really bad combonation...

I am the Aunt of Christian and I just wanted to say that although you are entitled to your own opinion, there are certain circumstances that make each case unique.
First of all, the media got alot of the story wrong and it is not my place to tell it... That it my sisters story which you can find every detail on his page

I do warn you, it is a gutt wrenching tale of exactly how it happened and the way we all feel.
I hope that you oneday learn not to pass judgement on others and if for somereason you cannot do that I hope that you at least respect the family who is mourning the loss of a child.
There are accidents that may make outsiders angry because they do not understand... Then there are cases where the parent is just neglectful (woman who went out all night then drove home drunk with her 2 children and left them in the car)
We are a christian family and forgiveness is everything
I loved my nephew dearly and I am sad that he is gone... But had we lost our mother too... She's all my sister has anymore...

And as for you Doctor...
Michael Vick intentionally killed those dogs whereas my nephews case was an accident. You say that you report the facts... Your a doctor and you should know that your paper is nothing but opinion. NOT FACT.
Like I said before, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But it really shows that you are a heartless individual when it comes to this...
I cannot believe that even a doctor has nothing but time to sit on his real thinking up proposterous things like this...
Hell even putting children and dogs in the same page.
My mother is not a killer. Have you even heard the 911 tapes? Have you taken the time to research?
Oh wait, I'm betting that you heard about this on the news, and we all know that everything that they say just has to be true...
Well truth of it is, their story couldnt be further from the truth...
So in this case, the truth blog that you have going on here is just a bunch of hearsay and quite honestly is a big pile of bull... How about stop watching the television and take a moment and call around and do some research... It seems that my sister and I and countless family memebers of mine have been surfing the web trying to get the real story out.
