"WHEN WILL LIBERALS LEARN, MONEY WILL NOT SOLVE ALL OF OUR PROBLEMS"

You would think that thick headed liberals would have learned by now that throwing money at societal problems is not the entire answer. Yet, they continue to boo-hoo over the number of those going to bed at night hungry. How about some personal responsibility? How about blaming the dim-wits who procreate--knowing that they do not have the ways and means to care for their pending offspring?

No, instead they have bleeding heart socialists out here blaming those of us who work our asses off--for these lazy slobs going to bed hungry. You ever hear of a "Dollar Store?" You can go into any neighborhood Dollar Store and buy cereals, can meats, crackers, sodas, etc. If you are going to bed hungry at night--you need  only to look to yourself.

Of course, there are those who can not fend for themselves.  These are the people that we should be looking out for. However, the vast majority of these leeches know all to well that the bleeding hearts out there will advocate for them to sit at home, smoke cigarettes, drink forty ounces beers, "all day" and play their music. And at the end of the day, they look for us to bail them out. Sorry, I am sick and tired of paying for these slackers, who have never performed a decent day of work in their pathetic lives. No, I don't owe you a damn thing.

I have worked in community mental health agencies. I knew that these people were capable of working. There was nothing wrong with them physically--or mentally. However, if you mentioned the word "Word" they became suicidal--or in the throes of a major depression. I knew that it was a crock. But, I was told that I had to treat them. That meant telling welfare that "MY Patient Was Suicidal And Depressed."

I got sick of lying. I am now in private practice. I no longer have to play this game.

Folks, I feel a lot better for it.

We have to raise up as a society and tell these goldbrickers that "THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH." The party is over.  "IF YOU DON'T WORK, YOU DON'T EAT."

Tell Teddy Kennedy or Nancy Pelosi to invite these lazy bums into their homes. I have had enough of having my tax dollars being ripped off to pay for these free spirited bastards, who do not contribute one thing of importance to our society.

Are you fed up?

  1. I've struggled with this issue, most of my life, since age twelve, when the Kennedy era and Johnson's "Great Society," became reality. I have never agreed with paying someone to not work. I do, however, feel that America is too rich to allow children to go hungry. I have voted Republican and Democrat and seen no positive change in the problem. There will always be poor, our economy depends on it, but children who have no good choices, eventually contribute to the problem. Public schools were supposed to be the great equalizer, but it hasn't succeeded. Why? The children of the uneducated don't do well in schools, so they grow up to be like their parents, poor and uneducated, often. The poor, the working poor, and the chronic poor, are a societal problem. I lost everything in 1987, and lived on the streets of Houston, after the crash; due to an on-the-job-injury and an expensive divorce. I saw first-hand what the programs for the poor do, to keep the poor, poor. I'm not any better equipped to find an answer, however. I wouldn't object to paying taxes to alleviate the problem, but I don't like paying to perpetuate the problem. wk

  3. Me? I'm great. The poor are still poor, mostly because we pay them to be poor. Society has always required poor members, and the measure of that society is how they treat those poor. The greatness of America, despite most of the rhetoric, is the strength of the middle class, and the ability of the poor to move into the middle class, which we are stifling. wk

  4. Good to hear that you are back on track. You are right, many members of society prod the weak to stay poor. That way, they are not a threat to the "Patricians.". Rather, they are beholding to these evil, greedy bastards. You can become virtually anything that you want to become in America--that is, if you have the desire. If you want to pull yourself up by your bootstraps--despite your situation--you can. Conversely, if you wish to stay on the dole--you will. It is that simple.

  5. There is NO TRUTH to the lie that people are goin to bed HUNGRY..Least of all that they are unwillingly doing so..What is TRUE is that there are people who are trying to cut back on calorie intake and eating before bed is the cause of UNWANTED WEIGHT GAIN...There are some who neglect thier children and dont have food to feed them....ONLY BECAUSE THEY HAVENT GONE TO THE STORE YET TO BUY THE FOOD THEY NEED !!! The DEM/LIBS need this lie so as to justify thier thinking.....and financing. Remember..The DEM/LIB is the BLEEDING HEART of AMERICA...and they have PITY for those who need HELP but refuse to HELP THEMSELVES !!!

  6. You are absolutely right. The socialist democrats need poor people. Why? They are ignorant and dependent. I am speaking of the perpetual poor. The ones who have no desire to ever work. The ones who's main focus is to be a drain on society. I don't like to see children going hungry either. However, let's stop encouraging these "PROFESSIONAL BREEDERS" from having children. Let's start holding these ne'er do wells accountable. Again, let the message go forth, "IF YOU DON'T WORK, YOU DON'T EAT." People like Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton love welfare recipients. They keep these two jackals rolling in clover.

  7. When I was a kid of fourteen, my mom and dad used to tell us of this sorry SOB who once opined, "Y'all going to work for me today, huh?" That has stuck with me over the years. Most of these "hungry Americans" are simply hustling the system. And we, the American taxpayers get stuck with the bill.

  12. Can we say "TERM LIMITS?" This would put an end to these professional jerks. Place term limits on referendums in every state in the Union. I bet we could clear out a lot of this scum in Washington.
